Defective Keurig Platinum Edition

I ordered the Keurig Platinum Edition from QVC the 1st week of December. They apparently were very popular because I was told they were sold out and I would be put on a "Wait list".
I received my brewer towards the end of January and I thought it was the greatest. Coffee was fast and delicious. But the brewer only lasted until February 19th and then stopped working completely. QVC did refund my money and I notified Keurig of my dissatifaction.
A few days later a Customer Service Rep from Keurig called and said that they knew of some problems with the brewers and said he was Sorry for the inconvenience! Big deal, no offer of replacement or compensation of any kind. You'd think a brewer that is priced at over $150 would last more than 3 weeks and if the Company knew there was a problem they shouldn't have sold the brewers until the problem was fixed. Now I have a cupboard full of K-Kups but nothing to brew them with.
