Keurig Coffee Makers - Defective Machine

I purchased a Keurig Coffee Maker in May 2011, and it recently started spraying water all over. I took it back to the store for a refund, but since I did not have a receipt I had to take the lowest price.

I have recently heard that there has been a mfgs defect in some of the models. I would like my money back for the machine. I am forwarding these complaints to you and I will send more. I have to find the browser that actually describes the defects on these machines. Please respond.

There are so many complaints on the web, but your customer service was almost rude and not at all helpful

I have had problems with my mini keurig. I called customer service and after going through several procedures with the machine with no luck fixing the problem they aRE GOING TO REPLACE THE MACHINE What more could I ask for Will definately buy another keurig

Do not buy a Keurig coffee machine

Their coffee is only as good as their machine and the machine is not worth a plug-nickel.

My Keurig coffee maker was only a few years old and has been use very little and has gone to coffee machine heaven even with all self-fixes performed on it....

I have had it with Keurig. I hope the company goes out of business and it should.
